Reigns Soccer Agency Office Offers scouting online courses for individuals who is interested to be a professional scout for football club. Academy and Football Agencies companies. Duration for the course is three months online learning. Application form fee is 50euro. Individual that succeed after the three months learning will be given certificate from the Agency Office in Lisbon. Also can be a License from the Agency office to be scouting for player for the agency and clubs will work worldwide.
